From last week’s malfunctions with Large Hadron Collider magents overheating esclated into more trouble for scientists hoping for the experiment’s sucess. The only problem for scientsist wasn’t the overheating magenets, but grew when a major leakage of liquid helium from the electrical connections making a gigantic mess. The spill was so huge, that the LHC experiment of smashing particles had to be pushed back into next year, making a delay; in short, our hopes of finding the universe’s answers have been pushed back from a few months, to atleast sometime next year.
I like yor blog you told every single detail of what happened. I see it was very big. Nicely done I also like your infromation
good blog it was detailed alot and if it might make a blackhole then why do people care if its broken?
Well, the colliders like such have been in use and in experimentation as early as the 1980’s but no other collider has been as large as the LHC. All those participating in the experiment have been in a major controversy involving the saftey of ourselves, and the chances of the micro black whole theory of actually becoming a reality, have been spotlighted in the media and in dozens of courts opposing the experiment. But no one has to worry about a black hole coming from the LHC at least until spring of next year.
I like this blog alot . I like that you stated the problem with this machine . Do you think when they fix it any other problem that can have a huge impact on the citizens and country occur ?
I hope this experiment doesn’t creat any black holes or lead to major disasters .
